Welcome to our new villa in the Chiberta district of Anglet. This magnificent residence offers an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday close to the beaches of Sable d'Or and Marinella.

The Villa has a heated swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-October) and lovely deckchairs and sun loungers for you to relax on. A gas plancha is also available for outdoor grilling.

The residence is enclosed by an electric gate to ensure the safety of you and your family. You'll also benefit from convenient parking with visitor spaces, as well as the possibility of parking up to two cars in front of the garage. A bicycle garage is also available in the residence.

The house sleeps 6 people.
The air-conditioned living room is furnished with a large sofa, flat-screen TV and home cinema speaker for your entertainment.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine for large capsules, kettle and blender.

For your convenience, there is a fully-equipped laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, desk with printer, comfortable sofa and TV.

On this floor you'll also find a WC with washbasin and storage cupboard.

A few steps down and you're in the sleeping area. You'll find a master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a wardrobe and French windows opening onto the garden. This room has a private bathroom with a bath and double washbasin for added comfort and privacy.
The second bedroom has two single beds and direct access to the garden and swimming pool through its patio door. The third bedroom has a 160 cm double bed and a French window also overlooking the garden and pool.

There is an additional bathroom with shower, washbasin and electric heated towel rail. There is also a separate toilet nearby.

We've also thought of families with a baby kit, including the equipment needed to keep your little ones comfortable (high chair, cot).

Services included for this stay include:

- Welcome products: On arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper and other essentials).
- Bed linen and towels: Sheets are provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface cleaning at the end of your stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

You'll be right next to the Sable d'Or beach.

Golf enthusiasts will be delighted to find the Golf de Chiberta nearby. You can perfect your swing while admiring the surrounding landscape.

## Transit

If you're looking to get around Biarritz, here are a few options:

- Public transport: you can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. Allow around 15 minutes to get to the SNCF station or airport.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, in town you can park on the streets and in numerous underground car parks. It is advisable to check the road signs to avoid any parking offences.

Here is the information regarding booking conditions and check-in options for My home in:

- Once the booking is confirmed, the My home in team will contact you to organise your stay.
- On arrival, you will be met by a member of the My home in team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9pm, the supplement will be 50 euros.
