The villa consists of a ground floor with a double living room, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom with its private bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. Upstairs you will find two beautiful bedrooms as well as a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside you will find a swimming pool of 10x5 with its security all in a magnificent raised garden. Ideally located near shops and restaurants, it is a true haven of peace in the heart of the bustle of Provence. Air conditioning throughout the house. Cleaning and sheets included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures of entry and if laundry is missing.
