Located on the ground floor of a small residence about 200 m from the beach of Fort-Bloqué, recently renovated apartment with litte garden not closed.

It consists of:
- A living room with an equipped kitchenette
- A bathroom with shower, WC
- A room with double bed (140 cm)
Equipment: Fridge, washing machine, 2 electric hobs, electric oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, television, 2 deckchairs

Exterior:
- Little garden not closed
- 1 parking space
- 2 bicycles will be available free of charge with a child seat

Please note:
- Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/1 to 4/05 and from 19/10 to 31/12: cost per kwh according to EDF basic tariff in force
- Bed linen and towels not provided - Possibility of rental: 16 €/set of sheets or 19 €/set of duvet cover; kit towels (2 towels, 2 bath sheets, 2 towels, 1 bath mat): 20 €, or possibility per unit.
- Small pet accepted after request with a supplement of € 28/ pet/ week including short stay.
