Apartment Porto

In one of the most central locations you could find, 50 meters from the Trindade metro station, which takes you to all corners of Porto, steps away from all points of interest in the city of Porto. This studio, is what you are looking for to spend a weekend or a season in Porto.

The space

Modern Trindade By My home in, is a studio for 2 people.
The apartment has a double bed, bathroom with shower, living/dining room with sofa and kitchenette.
Bed linen, towels and shampoo are included in the stay.
TV and Wifi internet service available and free of charge.
The accommodation is on the 3rd floor.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to all areas of the apartment and amenities, including towels and linens.
Free Wi-Fi access is available in all areas of the apartment.

CHECK IN TIME :
Check in time : from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
( If it is possible, we can anticipate the check in time )
Arrivals after 20h00 have a late check in fee of 30
Arrivals after 00h00 have a late check in fee of 50

You should always give us 24 hours notice of your arrival time, so that we can provide you with a quality check in.
If you do not give 24 hours notice, you will be subject to availability of a staff member at your time of arrival.


For time use, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent and garbage bag. If you need extra cleaning or linen, please let us know , we will be happy to provide it for an additional charge.

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Should our staff find any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, etc.), the matter will be reported to the relevant platform and will be charged an extra cleaning fee.

Extra linen: 30 euros (towels and sheets for the whole apartment)
