Beautiful villa, with private swimming pool of 10x5m, WEST orientation, in the peace in the pine forest, between the ocean and the lake, in edge of the golf and the forest in a private and secure residence of standing. The villa has a large living room, (very) high ceiling with : Living room with 2 sofas and TV (international channels and platforms thanks to the box), dining table, US kitchen fully equipped (electric hob, oven, combined fridge freezer, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc...) overlooking the large covered terrace of 26m2 and the private swimming pool of 10x5m surrounded by the garden. Back kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On either side of this central room, you will find two "night" wings.
Wing 1:
- BEDROOM 1: "parental" space composed of a bedroom with a 160x200 bed + a bathroom + separate WC + dressing room. Garden/pool view.

The access to the swimming pool is not protected by barriers. However, there is a protective cover and an approved underwater pool alarm.
