Superb apartment located in Saint-Jorioz. Furnished and tastefully arranged in a new and quiet residence in the heart of the village. You will enjoy its very nice south exposure with its 3229sqf garden fully fenced, ideal for children and family trips.

Just a few meters. you will find many local shops: the supermarket (Super U), the press house, a bakery, a butcher's shop, a florist, banks, etc... everything by foot!

There is a garage for a car in the basement and a bike storage room. Everything is conceived to allow you to forget the car for your stay and explore our lake and our beautiful mountains.

The apartment is composed as follows:

- Entrance with a large storage cupboard and spacious toilet with hand wash basin
- A modern living room with a central island, a dining table for 4 people, a cocooning lounge with sofa, armchairs, television and local decorations
- An open kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machines, dishwasher, toaster, storage...
- A bathroom with bath and washing machine (ECO mode)
- Bedroom n°1 : small work space, bunk beds OR small sofa-bed, storage cupboard

We can provide you with a free BB cot and a high chair on request. Linen for this bed is optional.

Winter activities :
Cross-country skiing or sledging in the family ski resort of the Semnoz (20mns), possibility to rent the ski equipment in our partners shop in Sévrier (5mns away)
- Cross-country or skiing is also possible in the famous ski resort around Annecy, as La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns), Les Saisies (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (1 hour).
- Snowshoe tours on the Semnoz
