Ideally located in Saint-Jorioz, you will be able to enjoy the sunrise from early morning while having your breakfast on the terrace. But also cooler evenings, enjoying a cocktail with family or friends while admiring the lake view. And all this thanks to its two terraces on either side of the house.

The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the edge of the Lake Annecy, crossed by the bike path and close to the highs of the Massif des Bauges. In the winter, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and le Grand Bornand are just 40min away. The family resort of le Semnoz is about 20min from the house.

Certainly, because of its stellar location, Saint-Jorioz has the biggest population among all villages around the lake. You will find all the necessary shops and services such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, traiteur but also doctors, dentists, and therapists.

Many activities are available both in the winter and summer seasons : sailing, tennis, roller skating, badminton, beach tennis, hiking, and cycling, as well as a fitness center with spa ultra-modern equipment ...
