This 130 m² villa is composed of:

At the ground floor of the house, there is :
- an open space living room with one sofa, two armchairs, a HD TV, a soundbar with bluetooth connexion;
- a dining area with a table for 8 persons;
- an open fully equipped kitchen with central island : a Nespresso coffee machine for Vertuo capsules, an electric kettle, a toaster, an electric hob, a micro-wave and an oven.

Upstairs is the are two bedrooms with for each a double bed, storage space for your clothes, a TV, a private bath, one basin and a separate toilet.

Sleeping arrangements:

The villa Horizonte can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests with the following sleeping arrangements:

- 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor with a King size Bed (convertible into two single beds) for a total of 4 people
- 2 bedroom on the basement floor with a King size Bed (convertible into two single beds) for a total of 4 people

The following services are included in your stay:

- Beds are made prior to your arrival - if you need a special bed configuration (twin beds) please make you request when booking. It can't be accepted no later than 72 hours before your arrival.
- Linens are provided, including sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels. Please note that beach towels are not provided and it is recommended that you bring your own.
- Welcome products are provided, including basic supplies such as oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, detergent, fabric softener, and toilet paper.

We use an eco-friendly and professional laundry service to clean and disinfect all sheets and towels.

Usage of the hanging net:
Use the outdoor hanging net on the second floor only at your own risk and never with more than 2 people at any one time. Never stand or jump on the net. For safety reasons, we always recommend to use hand and legs together. Never sit on the rims of the net, for the risk of falling down. Please note that My home in or the owner are not legally liable for injuries or damages sustained when using the nets, therefore please use them at your own risk only.

## Transport and getting around

- The fastest option is the taxi (about 3 minutes from Biarritz SNCF train station or the airport). Prices go around 10/15 euros per trip.
- There is a possibility to take a bus. We invite you to visit the Txik Txak website for precise information about the timetables.
- Parking: There is one parking spaces in front of the house. You also have free parking spaces in the street.

Once you have confirmed your reservation, the team at My home in will contact you to arrange your stay.
Please note that check-ins with a My home in team member are available between 4pm and 7pm.
If you plan to arrive after 7pm, an additional fee of 30 euros will be charged, and a fee of 50 euros will be charged for arrivals after 9pm.

- The villa is situated near a railway line, which may result in some noise from passing trains, although it is not overly loud.
- While the villa ensures maximum privacy for guests, the house has views over the valley, which may result in neighbors having views of the garden.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
- Smoking is only permitted on the terrace of the villa.
