The flat consists of a bright living room with access to a balcony, offering a view of the surroundings. Relax and enjoy this little corner of paradise, ideal for your morning coffee or just relaxing and admiring the landscape.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your culinary needs. You will find a full selection of crockery and cutlery. A 3-burner hob, extractor fan, oven and microwave are all available for you to cook like at home. A kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster are also available for your gourmet mornings. There is a dining area for up to 4 guests.

Coco Elaura offers two bedrooms, each with a choice of two single beds or a queen-size double bed. You can adAppartement de the configuration to suit your preferences and needs.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
To make your stay easier, the flat is equipped with a Wi-Fi connection and a washing machine.

Finally, to make the most of the sunny days, an outdoor dining table is available on the balcony.

Services included for this stay include:

- Welcome products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Bed linen and towels: Bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
- End-of-stay surface cleaning: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

If you are looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:

- Parking: If you prefer to drive, in town you can park on the streets and in many underground car parks. It is advisable to check the signs to avoid any parking violations.

Here is the information regarding the booking conditions and check-in options for My home in:

- Once the booking is confirmed, the My home in team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- For your arrival, two options:
You are met by a member of the My home in team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9pm, the supplement will be 50 euros.
Or a Self Check-in (arrival from 4pm): your entry will be autonomous, we will send you the instructions to access your accommodation on the day of your arrival.
