This beautiful triplex is located in a small condominium. Recently renovated with taste, you will discover an apartment with a stylish, modern decor, perfectly equipped for 6 people. The open spaces have been designed for living in conviviality and well-being.

The location of this apartment is also convenient. There are nearby shops (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, etc.), and you do not need to drive in Biarritz as a free shuttle is at the end of the street (1 minute walk) to take you to the city center and the beach in less than 10 minutes.

This apartment consists of:
- An open kitchen leading to the dining area and living room;
- A dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 6 people;
- A living room with a large leather sofa and a flat-screen TV;
- A bathroom with a bathtub;
- A separate toilet;
- Three sleeping areas: 1 closed bedroom on the ground floor, 2 open sleeping areas in the triplex. In total, there are 3 double beds.

Parking is free on the street.

Services included for this stay:
- Welcome products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Sheets and towels: Sheets are provided and the beds are made for your arrival. Soft bath towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface cleaning at the end of the stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

You will meet a member of the My home in team, who will assist you throughout your stay. Our team speaks French, English, and Spanish. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need help organizing your stay.

Advantages:
- Dog friendly: We accept one dog during the stay for an additional 15 euros per night. A basket, two bowls, a sofa cover, a brush, and a towel for drying paws are provided.
- The free shuttle stop is nearby and takes you around Biarritz.

- A coded key box allows you to access the accommodation without time constraints (from 4 PM).

Disadvantages:
- Only one of the three bedrooms is closed.
- Risk of high heat during the summer in the upstairs bedroom (we provide fans).
- No private parking space, but free parking is available in the surrounding streets.

The beaches of Biarritz are about a fifteen-minute walk away, offering ideal opportunities to relax and enjoy the ocean.

If you are looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:
- Free shuttle: This free shuttle serves the city center and the lighthouse. The stop is less than a 5-minute walk from your accommodation, making it very convenient. You can check the schedules and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: A taxi is a quick and convenient option to get around Biarritz. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the train station or the airport. The fare for this distance is around 15 to 20 euros during the day.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or nearby. It is recommended to check the signs to avoid any parking violations.
- The city of Biarritz is equipped with bike paths.

Here is the information regarding booking conditions and check-in options for My home in:
- Once the reservation is confirmed, the My home in team will contact you to organize your stay.
- You have two options for check-in:
- Self check-in at any time from 4 PM. In this case, you will receive instructions to access your accommodation on the day of your arrival.
- Be greeted by a member of the My home in team between 4 PM and 7 PM. If you arrive after 7 PM, an additional fee of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9 PM, the fee will be 50 euros.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation with an additional fee.
