Set in the foothills of Serra de Arga, near to the Biological Park of the Bertiandos Lagoon, famous for walking and nature lovers.
Accommodation
The guests accommodation is divided between the Manor House (dating back to the XVII century) and the adjacent cottage, both recently fully renovated to a very high standard. The renovated interior retains the original features yet provides all the comfortable modern conveniences. The beautiful tiles and high ceilings were also preserved with attention being paid to detail. The living areas are beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture.The indoor swimming pool is heated with views of the vineyards. There is a sun terrace ideal for sunbathing and alfresco dining.
Main House
Ground floor: three double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom and doors leading to a covered terrace overlooking the vineyards. Twin bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for one adult. Two guest cloakrooms. Spacious living room, TV, comfortable seating, pool table and games table. The owners' apartment is on the floor of the main house. The guests' accommodation is completely separate with privacy.
Cottage
Ground floor: large suite with twin beds and sofa bed sleeping one adult, ensuite bathroom. Twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Two guest cloakrooms. Fitted kitchen. Spacious living / dining room with comfortable seating, TV and games area. Pool house with dining facilities (stove, dishwasher, sink, large fridge / freezer) and doors leading onto the exterior terrace with barbecue ideal for alfresco dining.
Upper floor: two twin bedrooms overlooking the vineyards and Manor House. Two twin bedrooms overlooking the woodlands. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.
Exterior
Ample sunbathing terrace, lawns and mature gardens. The indoor heatable swimming pool (7 X 3.5 metres) is attached to the cottage, facing west. The depth is from 1.00 to 1.50 metres. Changing rooms with shower. Private tennis court.
Clients booking the cottage only will have exclusive use of all facilities and the rooms in the main house will be closed. THE RENTAL COST WILL BE REDUCED ACCORDINGLY.
This Villa can sleep an additional 3 persons with a supplement payable of 75€ for the use of each sofa-bed.
