Superb and large 3/4 rooms apartment of 110 sqm approximately located on a high floor in a beautiful residence in Cannes Marina. The apartment consists of an entrance, a master bedroom with double bed and its bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, double sink). A corridor leads to the double living room facing SOUTH, very bright, with lounge area and dining area, all giving access to a beautiful terrace offering an incredible sea and marina view.
An equipped independent kitchen and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds give access to the other side on a long balcony. A second bathroom with toilet at the end of the corridor. WIFI (fiber). The apartment has been recently renovated and is ideal for a family due to its size. In annex a closed double garage shared with a resident(ATTENTION: here are the dimensions of the place length 4.50 m, width: 2.10 m, Height: 2.05 m take care not to have a car too big or too wide, the agency will not be able to find you a solution emergency we consider that you are informed) . Secured residence with swimming pool, caretaker, square and shops. Close to everything by foot.

- Services charges : 25€
- Cleaning after departure: depending of the type of the apartment. The cleanings when you leave the apartment is considered as « normal cleaning ». If you let the apartment very dirty you’re warned that the amount necessary to clean more than it was planned will be taken on your deposit. You can ask picture to justify this if you need.
- Tax of stay: calculated on the spot upon arrival
- A deposit is required for the rent and can be done by check or "print-credit card". The amount is not taken, it stays in standby until you leave and goes back to you once the apartment is checked.
Any paiement has to be done in "Euro" (€). Any other foreign money can not be accepted.
The money had to be resolved before access by tenant to housing. Failure to pay will result in suspension of access to the dwelling.
Please also notice that our apartment are rented without linen (bed sheets, towels, bath towels, tea towels,...). You have the possibility to bring your own (we give you bed sizes) or you can rent some. Please call for more information, we work with a society which rent "pack" of linnen, prices depends of how long you stay.
The apartments that we propose to you are located in privates residences not in "holidays residences". Those residences are submit to some regulations like the respect of people living here all the year. Please respect the rules of living-well.
