Very well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, plate warmer, dishwasher, refrigerator. A scullery with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer. Outside, a magnificent south-facing terrace, a roller shade sail, deckchairs, tables and chairs for meals, plancha, ping-pong table. You can park your vehicles within the grounds of the villa.
