Large property of 6000m2, LE CLOS LAVANDIN has 3 fully renovated accommodation units and offers all modern comforts, tastefully furnished. At the exit of Fox-Amphoux on the road to Montmeyan, towards the lake of Quinson, and the lower gorges of the Verdon. The Clos Lavandin is an estate planted with holm oaks and paths lined with lavender, the ideal place for a holiday relaxing, in the heart of unspoiled nature, a Country of Art and History and sheltered from the summer crowds of the seaside.
The COEUR DE LAVANDE house is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning (adjustable temperature per room) and offers accommodation for 6 to 8 people.
On one level, the house has 3 double bedrooms equipped with new quality bedding (1 double with 160x200 bed + 2 doubles with 2 90x200 beds), each with its own bathroom. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 additional people (rapido system, 160x200), large screen TV, DVD player, Tuner amplifier. Access to the terrace through a large bay window.
Nothing is missing in the kitchen open to the living room. With its American fridge, it offers quality equipment: breakfast kit (Senseo coffee maker, kettle and toaster), cooking equipment and dishes, robots, cutlery, pretty plates and various glassware (soda glasses, wine glasses, champagne flutes, digestive glasses).
Outside, tables and chairs are arranged on a beautiful terrace shaded by a majestic oak tree, an ideal place for your aperitifs and meals. A covered space also allows you to cook outside, with a gas griddle and a pizza oven.
A few steps away is the swimming pool (8.50m X 4.30m. Depth 1.40m UV treatment and light therapy) surrounded by paved beaches equipped with sun loungers. A pool house with fridge to keep your drinks and ice cream cool within easy reach, outdoor shower and WC. Parasol available.
The apartments respectively called FLEUR DE ROMARIN and DOUCEUR D’OLIVE, each with its own terrace and private swimming pool, are located in a building adjoining the COEUR DE LAVANDE house. Approximately 30m2 each, entirely on one level, these apartments are extremely well appointed with reversible air conditioning, each has the following services:
- a beautiful bright room serves as a living room opening onto the private terrace with a dining area and a City swimming pool (size 4.5m X 3m - depth 1.40m - incorporated hydromassage - UV treatment - light therapy)
- OPEN KITCHEN on the living room, is very well equipped (senseo coffee maker, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, wine cellar)
- BEDROOM with twin beds that can be joined for a 180 bed, and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people (Gîte Douceur d'olive sofa 160 X 200, Gîte Fleur de Rosemary sofa 140 X 200).
Screens are installed at strategic locations to maintain the privacy of each housing unit. Each accommodation therefore has its own private outdoor spaces (unfenced, it is up to everyone to respect the privacy of all) and common areas are fitted out for the well-being of all.
Thus, at the back of the house, on the common areas of the Estate, there is a bowling alley, a favorite place for pétanque enthusiasts (boules available).
The property is fenced entirely closed by an electric gate giving you access to the parking space (4 covered spaces and other parking possibilities under the oaks - shared with the apartments).

Heated swimming pool on request, 200€ per week for COEUR DE LAVANDE. Possibility of heating the 2 small swimming pools (price on request).
Services not included:
- End of stay cleaning is mandatory, an intermediate cleaning can be considered on request.
- Household linen is optional (towels, sheets and kitchen towels) and swimming pool towel, on request at least 10 days before your arrival.
- The baby kit is an optional extra (baby bed, high chair, bath, potty), on request at least 10 days before your arrival.
- Animal allowed (limited to one) with a supplement (50€/week)
Bakery 1.5 km away, the supermarket in the neighboring village delivers the groceries, 9 km from water sports, walks in the Gorges du Verdon, Provençal markets, multitude of places for cultural and taste discoveries.
Union of 2 villages, one in the plain the "Logis de Fox-Amphoux", the other perched, Fox-Amphoux is at the gates of the Verdon - remains of a feudal castle and its ramparts, narrow streets and lanes in staircase, the site of the "Vieux Fox" offers a magnificent panorama of the surrounding hamlets to the most distant massifs.
