The villa is located in Parrano, Umbria.

This detached vacation rental property offers air conditioning, Free WIFI and sleeps up to 16 people with 8 Bedrooms and 9 Bathrooms. There is a private pool with Barbecue.

Layout :

- The villa is located in the Umbrian countryside and has 3 independent s - the main building and two annexes - rented as a whole. The main building has 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor is a living room, kitchen and dining room, and family W/C. From the dining room, a wooden staircase leads upstairs to a second kitchen on the floor with direct access to the garden. On the floor there are 3 double bedrooms with A/C and en suite bathrooms with showers, and 1 twin bedroom with A/C and en suite bathroom with shower. The annex has 2 A/C bedrooms with separate entrances. 1 twin bedroom with A/C and an ensuite bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with A/C and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second annex is a two-storey building with 2 A/C bedrooms with separate entrances. On the lower floor, 1 double bedroom with A/C and an ensuite bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, a kitchenette and 1 double bedroom with A/C and bathroom.
- Living Room The air conditioned Living Room has: fire place, dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free WIFI.
