The villa is located in Cala D Or, Mallorca.

This detached vacation rental property offers free WIFI and sleeps up to 8 people with 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. There is a private pool with barbecue.
Walking distance to the Beach and Restaurants.

Layout :

- The villa is a two-storey villa. On the ground floor, from the entrance, you get into the open lounge/dining room with access to the pool area. The well equipped kitchen has an access to the BBQ area in the garden. There are one double room with an en suite bathroom with a bath and a twin bedroom. On this ground floor, there is also a family bathroom with a shower. A further double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower has a separate entrance. An external staircase leads to the fourth room, a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a bath and access to the upper sun-terrace overlooking the pool.
- Living Room The living room has: dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.
- Kitchen The kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.
