The villa is located in Province of Lucca, Tuscany.

This detached vacation rental property offers Free WIFI and sleeps up to 7 people (6 Adults and 1 Child) with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. There is a private pool with Barbecue.

Layout

- This two-story villa is an amazing traditional stone building located in the green Tuscan hills, offering 100% privacy. The ground floor consists of an open plan living room connected with a fully equipped kitchen and one family bathroom. An inner staircase leads to the floor where there are three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds and one with a double and a single bed) and one family bathroom with a bath. Outside is beautiful private tended gardens, sheltered patio with dining area, BBQ facilities and a private swimming pool with sunbeds and fantastic mountain and sunset views. There is also private off-road parking.
- Living Room The living room has: fire place, dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace.
- Kitchen The kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a Barbecue outside.
- 3 Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed.Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds.Bedroom 3 has a double bed and 1 Single Bed.(FREE Travel Crib and Highchair available on request.)
