This magnificent villa in the center of Cap-Ferret with heated swimming pool and large sunny south-facing terrace surrounded by a landscaped and enclosed garden.
You will particularly appreciate the proximity to the famous Horizon beach.
THE VILLA
You will have at your disposal 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. In the house, you will find on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace open to the outside, a magnificent fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with its bathroom, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a large bathroom (shower and bath).
Upstairs you will enjoy a large double bedroom with its shower room as well as a family suite comprising a large double bedroom, a children's bedroom with two single beds and a shower room.
Finally, to complete this lot, you will find an independent bungalow with a large bedroom and its bathroom.
The living rooms are bright and comfortable, the living room and the dining room open onto the large terrace.
