Beautiful sea view villa with 4 bedrooms and a very nice outdoor area with a swimming pool and view of the Genoese tower of Fautea. Beach access on foot in 5 minutes via stairs.

The villa is on two levels;
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms:
-Room 1: Two single beds 90*200 (possibility of joining them to form a 180*200 bed) with wardrobe and shower room with toilet and pool access
- Room 2: Two single beds 90*200 (possibility of joining them to form a 180*200 bed) with wardrobe and pool access
- Room 3: Queen size bed 160*200 with desk, shower room and toilet, and pool access. A safe is available.
