The chalet is located near the Soleil chairlift, you will reach the slopes after only a few minutes, return on skis possible. The chalet has a 180° view of a breathtaking panorama. 3 reserved outdoor parking spaces. Equipment of the chalet: The entrance to the chalet is via the ground floor where an outside cupboard allows you to store your skis in safety. The entrance is equipped with wardrobes and shoe dryers (15 pairs). A separate toilet is also present in the entrance hall. On the ground floor, you will also find two double bedrooms (bed 140) with private bathrooms. As well as a large living room under the framework opening onto a terrace and the breathtaking view of the Aiguilles d'Arves. The living room offers a lounge area, a dining room and an equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, etc.) while the living room offers a TV area. On the ground floor, you will find two double bedrooms with 140 beds and private bathrooms. This level also hosts a dormitory sleeping 6, a shower room, a separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. For your comfort, a 6-seater jacuzzi and a home cinema equip this chalet. NO WIFI. PETS NOT ALLOWED. NO SMOKING.
