Located on the 11th and top floor of the PALAFOUR, this single-level apartment has been fully renovated to a 3* comfort rating.
The accommodation offers a modern, functional chalet-style layout, featuring spectacular glass windows overlooking the lake and the sweeping landscape of TIGNES. This property is designed to be enjoyed “shoeless” – just like a mountain refuge – on oak flooring. It can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
The layout is as follows:
- 1 stone-floored entrance hall, with a bench for taking off shoes.
- 1 storage room with a heated cupboard for ski boots.
- 1 separate toilet with washbasin.
- 1 large living room – lounge – dining area opening onto the outside (with balcony) via 3 large south-facing bay windows. - The lounge is furnished with a sofa and armchairs - flat-screen TV, an electric fireplace, and plenty of cupboard space. The living room floor is oak. The dining area features a large light-wood table.
- 1 separate kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 ceramic hobs, fridge.
IN THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT, the apartment offers the following bedrooms and sleeping areas:
- 1 south-facing bedroom – with a fold-down double bed. It is separated from the living room by sliding partitions. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (Bathroom 1) with a walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Sleeping accommodation for 2 people in the living room, 1 sofa bed. This sleeping area is enclosed by a large curtain on a curved rail.
