Very nice duplex in contemporary style and completely new with an ideal location close to the slopes and close to the center.
127m² - Courchevel Village - 10 people - close to the slopes and the center

It is composed of:
On the ground floor:
- An entrance with toilet and handwash basin
- A lounge area with TV and a beautiful view on the mountains
- A fully equipped kitchen open to a dining area (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette and fondue machine, etc...)
- One double bedroom with 140x200 bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.

On the floor:
- A double or twin bedroom (one double bed 180x200 or 2 twin bed 90x200), TV and a very nice view on the mountains
- An independent bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
- A separated toilet with handwash basin
- One cabin room, without window, with 2 bunk beds (80x190, sleeps 4)
- One double bedroom with a 140x200 bed, TV, balcony and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower.
