In a residence of 30 apartments on the ground floor with balcony, built in 1971, located 500 m from La Clusaz-centre (5 mins walk) and 800 m from the ski lift departures (Télémix, Bossonnet chairlift and ski lessons departures). ESF (Bossonnet). 70 m from the aquatic area. Very nice view of the village, the mountains and the ski slopes. Shuttles at 50 m.
