This detached villa with a private swimming pool, ideal for a family holiday, is laid out as follows:
Upper level:
A living room opening onto a lovely terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate WC, a shower room, and an office with a convertible “clic-clac” sofa bed suitable as an extra sleeping space for 2 people.
Lower level:
Three bedrooms: one with two single beds, one with a double bed and a baby cot, and a master bedroom with dressing room featuring a 160 cm double bed. A bathroom with a walk-in (Italian-style) shower and a whirlpool bathtub, plus a separate WC.
The living room and all bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and all the comfort amenities you need for a relaxing holiday.
