The house is divided on two levels in reversed duplex: we reach the ground floor by the back, which is the highest level and where are the entrance with cupboard and closet, the equipped kitchen communicating with the living room by a very welcoming counter space, the living room with fireplace opening on a large wooden terrace. Leather sofa, large cable TV, an office, toilets, a bathroom with large sink, towel dryer and glass shower cubicle, an air-conditioned bedroom with bed 140 x 200 cm, office and dressing room opening on the terrace.
On the lower level, overlooking the southern terrace and the heated swimming corridor, there are 2 bedrooms, one with two twin beds 80x200 cm, desk and closet and the other with double bed 160 cm X 200 cm. An alcove with a sofa and a large television. A modern and very roomy shower room as on the previous floor. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing equipment, sink.
