You will have a garage for your car.
70m from the historic city centre of Valbonne, you can do everything on foot.
Residence in quiet no road around the apartment.
The terrace is very well exposed, you can enjoy it all year round.
The apartment is very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster etc...), you will find all the necessary comfort for an excellent stay in our beautiful region.
