This very bright studio is on the 3rd floor with lift and has a beautiful south-facing loggia with a view of the city and the sea. The kitchen area is equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, a micro- wave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room has a two-seater sofa bed and a flat screen TV. A staircase gives you access to the mezzanine where you will have two single beds. A private parking space.
