Depending your arrival time, the key might be in a keybox, depending if you really want me to welcome you and i can sort it out with my time table, but in any case always reachabe to make sure you have a good check in

It is very closed to train.bus station, lake and old town,
the neighbourhood is closed to the basilique de la Visitation and 15 minutes by car from Semnoz (Annecy little ski resort 5 euros/hour!)
The flat is both on Avenue du cret du maure, wich is quite busy as it is on the way to center and ski resort area, sometimes better to let your car on the parking, and do it by bike or walk
