Entrance with WC, then access down steps to the living area which includes a 2nd WC; 2
shower rooms ; 2 bedrooms looking west (1 Queen-size bed, wardrobe - in each); a
laundry room; an all-mod-con’s kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, traditional oven,
microwave, 4 induction plates, extractor hood, dishwasher) with the possibility of taking
the meals there; a dining room with superb stained glass windows ; a very luminous
conservatory, facing south-east (sofas, TV, table soccer...) with a fine view and access to
a broad and beautiful terrace overlooking the garden. Tables and chairs are provided.
Parking in the street (free).
Contemporary, easy to maintain and in excellent condition. Internet / WIFI.
Animals not allowed. No smokers please. Baby cot (wooden with bars) at occupants’
disposal. Bed sheets or duvet covers not not provided but possibility to rent via our
partner LocLinge (promo code : vacances33).
Cancellation insurance included (optional membership). Departure cleaning included
(following a normal regular maintenance of the rental during the stay).
