This house with blue shutters, totally renovated, is a part of an old Savoyard farmhouse.
The house faces south and is therefore bathed by the sun all day long until sunset.........

You will find a small rustic garden, facing apple trees, from time to time cows or donkeys.

The lake is only 3 minutes away by car (15 minutes on foot), you just have to enjoy it!
A very nice white sandy beach where you can relax with friends or family.

Composed as follows :

Garden level :
Spacious living/dining room, triple openings
Access to the fully equipped kitchen with French doors to the terrace
Bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet

1st floor:
1 double bedroom (king size bed)
2 twin bedrooms with beds that can be combined to form a queensize bed.
All rooms have a nice mountain view.

Equipments:

Iron, internet access via Bouygues, electric heating, outdoor parking (2 spaces) in the same building, tv, satellite/NETFLIX, dvd.
The independent kitchen is equipped with dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, microwave, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine.

For a pleasant stay, the Blue House has the capacity to accommodate 4 adults maximum + 2 children

Cross-country skiing or sledging in the family ski resort of the Semnoz (20mns), possibility to rent the ski equipment in our partners shop in Sévrier (5mns away)
- Cross-country or skiing is also possible in the famous ski resort around Annecy, as La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand (35-40mns), Les Saisies (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (1 hour).

About Saint-Jorioz....

The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the edge of the Lake Annecy, crossed by the bike path and close to the highs of the Massif des Bauges. In the winter, the ski resorts of La Clusaz and le Grand Bornand are just 40min away. The family resort of le Semnoz is about 20min from the house.

Certainly, because of its stellar location, Saint-Jorioz has the biggest population among all villages around the lake. You will find all the necessary shops and services such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, traiteur but also doctors, dentists, and therapists.

Many activities are available both in the winter and summer seasons : sailing, tennis, roller skating, badminton, beach tennis, hiking, and cycling, as well as a fitness center with spa ultra-modern equipment ...
