Saint-Georges d'Oleron (17) - Sauzelle 4-room mezzanine house - approximately 80 m² - up to 6 people In a village with local shops, pleasant tastefully renovated house (2021) including a large living room with a high ceiling ceiling and a two-seater convertible sofa (140), a fitted and equipped kitchen with a high table, a bedroom on the mezzanine with a double bed (160), storage box under the bed as well as a wardrobe, a second bedroom in a row with a bunk bed for two beds (2x90), a bathroom and a separate toilet with washing machine. The house does not have an exterior but has a bicycle room with 2 bicycles available at the foot of the Sauzelle cycle paths. The advantage of this rental by the sea: quiet environment at the foot of the slopes, privileged access to get to the beach of La Gautrelle by bike. Cleaning with disinfection included.
