Villa Balata consists of a bright living room with a US kitchen open to the dining room and the living room.

The sleeping area has 3 beautiful double bedrooms (160 beds).
They are all equipped, each with a bathroom and toilet.

You will appreciate the wooden terrace with an area of ??32m², accessible directly from the living room. It is equipped with a barbecue for your outdoor meals and sunbeds to enjoy the sunny swimming pool.

The house also has a cellar/laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack, a clothes steamer and storage shelves.

Possibility to park 2 cars inside the property.

The swimming pool (dimensions 3m x 6m) is secured with an electric rolling shutter.
It is heated from May until the end of September.
