Exit to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with bar. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms 11 m2, each room with 2 beds (90 cm). Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Small balcony 3 m2, terrace 17 m2, terrace 50 m2.
