The apartment is in a chalet ideally located towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from the shops and 900m from the village center, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle piste. Departure and return on skis.
Beautiful unobstructed view of the Beauregard, Etale and Riffroids mountains.

LIVING ROOM: 14m², equipped with a single sofa bed, chairs, table, cupboard, television, west facing bay window and a south facing French window opening onto the west balcony with garden furniture and deckchairs.
KITCHEN: 4.5 m², sink, 4-plate electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker fridge, raclette set, dishwasher, units with all kitchen necessities (fondue set available in a local community)
BEDROOM 1: 9 m², 140 cm bed, wardrobe, iron, east window.
BEDROOM 2: 11.5 m², 3 x 80 beds, French window opening onto west balcony.
BATHROOM: 4 m², shower, sink, separate W-C.
For summer, washing machine in a common room (for stays longer than 13 nights)
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

To be ordered 10 days before your arrival:
- Linen rental: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, tea towels... to be collected at the agency or at the dry cleaners. Order form attached to the contract, must be returned completed 10 days before arrival.
- Baby equipment: to order and pick up at the Pressing des Aravis
- End of stay cleaning, package depending on the surface of the accommodation (€50 to €250), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
- Pass eXpérience La Clusaz: Alpes immobilier, allows you to benefit from reductions on summer activities in the resort.
