Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is labeled tourism furniture ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

The room has a king size bed 180x200 cm and a sofa bed. You can enjoy the large balcony of the apartment after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, very high speed wifi (fiber connection), and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay:

The bathroom is equipped with a large bath, washing machine and toilet.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

🅿️ With the reservation of the apartment, you will have free access to the parking lot of the apartment located in the basement 280m from the apartment (see the location on the photo map).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm, with no time limit as the apartment is equipped with a standalone arrival solution.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
