Two air-conditioned rooms by the sea Located in a recent building by the sea, this apartment is the ideal base for exploring southern Corsica or strolling and enjoying the magnificent beaches of the Gulf of Valinco. It consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a 180cm double bed and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and WC and a 17m2 furnished terrace. At the foot of the building you will find the beach of Mancinu, a nautical center, a restaurant and a bakery. The shops and entertainment of the port are 300m away. The apartment is air-conditioned and you have a private and secure parking space. It does not have internet access, we offer you the rental of mini wifi boxes from 7€/day. Household linen is provided (sheets and towels). For your comfort we carry out the cleaning after your departure, on the other hand we will ask you to arrange the furniture possibly moved, to empty the dustbins, to wash and arrange the crockery. Failing this, €100 could be deducted from your deposit. Pets and parties are not allowed in this accommodation. Upon your arrival you will have to deposit a deposit of €500 and pay, depending on the booking platform, the tourist tax. Arrivals and departures outside the contractual hours are possible independently, contact us for more details.
