In the heart of the city center, in an old building among the most sides of the city: the famous «Blason», completely renovated and secure, a character apartment of 75 square meter with a beautiful balcony of 19m long with a view of the rooftops of the old town and the most beautiful sites of Annecy: canals, mountains, castles and monastery.
Full of charm, very bright, on the top floor corner with 3 orientations and although located in «the hypercenter» it has an incredibly quiet location, almost without vis-à-vis and all rooms have a French window overlooking the balcony and the view.
Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake, it is an ideal place to discover Annecy and the many interests around.
The entrance to the building, under the arcade, is located in a very quiet street where you can drop off your luggage with your vehicle, a few parking spaces at the feet of the building and many other public parking spaces being located between 150 and 300m.


This apartment offers:
- an office entrance with a safe,
- a living room with large TV, DVD player, wifi and SFR package,
- two bedrooms each equipped with a king size bed (180x200cm) and a TV,
- a bathroom/shower with toilet and washing machine,
- an independent toilet.
- a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

The accommodation is on the 6th floor with elevator.
Linen is provided for your stay, and parents can have an umbrella cot.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu.

This district, in the heart of the historic centre of Annecy called «the Venice of the Alps» is the favorite point of travelers with its charm, its alleys, its gardens and canals and its pedestrian areas.
There are many cafés and restaurants nearby, and the beaches and walks are all within walking distance.

The station is 8 minutes walk from the apartment.
By car: 40min Genève Aéroport - Annecy
