Very large living room with beautiful open kitchen fully equipped to prepare your meals as at home. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace equipped with a garden furniture overlooking the typical and colorful buildings of the old town.
An office area is set up in the living room.
On the night side, two beautiful bedrooms on courtyard, one with bed 180 x 200 cm (King Size) (possibility 2 x beds 90 x 200 cm (Single) ), the other with bed 160 x 200 cm (King Size) and loggia access. Possibility of cot.
Possibility of double bed in the living room, sofa bed with bed 160 x 200 cm (King Size) with real mattress.
(The roller shutter in the living room is no longer functional, however, curtains allow the light to be obscured).
All bedding is new and has been carefully chosen for its quality.
Very nice bathroom with large shower and separate toilet.
In the building, accessible bicycle storage.
Accommodation accessible by elevator (access after 3 steps).
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
The accommodation is on the 2nd floor with elevator.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).
🅿️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and Sunday) or at the underground car parks Hôtel de Ville or Bonlieu.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
