Located in the centre of Annecy, in the heart of restaurants and markets, close to Lake Annecy, the Bonlieu theatre, 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
Discover a renovated duplex apartment with the charm of the old, exposed beams and beautiful height under ceiling. The apartment is located Rue Sainte Claire which is entirely pedestrian.
Ideal for 4 people, 1 bathroom.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (Queen), the second bedroom with 2 single beds 70x190 cm (Single), a cot is provided as well as a high chair.
Equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, linen will be provided for your stay.
High-speed Wi-Fi access. Mobile air conditioning and fans available.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

Attention, the apartment is duplex with a narrow staircase, it is not recommended for people with disabilities.
🅿️ The nearest car park is the Sainte-Claire car park which is 5 minutes walk from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
