Prestigious apartment of 365m² , offering a panoramic sea view of the bay of Cannes in Théoule sur Mer. Located in a luxury residence, this atypical property has an independent entrance. It consists of a large living room with lounge / dining area, 7 m high ceiling, terrace of 76 m² with 6-seater jacuzzi, a beautiful opened kitchen, huge windows allowing you to enjoy the view no matter where you are in the room. A staircase gives access to a bedroom with shower room and toilet opening onto the living room. Another staircase leads to 2 other bedrooms, one with shower room and toilet, a bathroom with separate toilet. Finally, a long corridor leads to a large master bedroom with shower room and toilet, 2 further bedrooms with shower room and toilet as well. A 7th and last bedroom has been specially designed for children with quality sofa beds. All rooms are equipped with Queen size or King size bed. A private elevator will take you directly from the apartment to the swimming pool of the residence on the roof. A gym-room in the residence is also available. Air conditioning in all rooms as well as WIFI. Linen is included in the rental. Do you want a massage at home? Or a BBQ chef? A list of service providers at your disposal will be given to you on your arrival, so you can contact them directly and make an appointment as you wish.
Close to the beaches and restaurants of Théoule sur mer on foot, Mandelieu not far by car. A private parking space in the residence as well as many free spaces if necessary.
