Chalet Berrier located in the old Chinaillon area of Le Grand Bornand resort is a new chalet built on three floors (148m²) in the traditional style giving it an authentic mountain look and feel. It has stunning wraparound views looking out to the slopes opposite & is within easy access of the main shopping street too. It will sleep 12-16 in 6 bedrooms with under floor heating on the ground and middle floors & wall heaters on the top floor.
On the ground floor a garage is used as a ski room and storage area. There is a well-equipped laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are 2 bedrooms, a twin and another with a set of bunks and 2 single beds. Between them there is a shower room with a wash-basin and separate toilets. On the floor there is a large open plan living room with separate areas for cooking, eating and relaxing + a games area with mini pool table. There is also a separate toilet on that level. The fully fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and cooking utensils. It has ample storage space too. The dining area has a table and chairs with sets of glasses, crockery and cutlery for over 12 people and more.
The sitting room is furnished with modern furniture and designed to make you feel at home. There is a TV with Freesat channels, video player, a CD player, internet access, as well as books and games. Sliding doors lead out onto the South and West facing balconies at the front of the chalet with stunning 360° views including the Aravis Mountains, the slopes opposite and the and quaint old Chinaillon with its little chapel.
On the second floor there are two large bedrooms, one double with en suite toilet and wash-basin, the other with twin beds and a separate pull out bed for up to 2 - both with access to a South-facing balcony. There are two single rooms (each bed has an extra pull out mattress for extra capacity) and a family bathroom with a toilet and wash-basin.
All sheets and bath towels are supplied.
Pets will be considered only if we are asked in advance when booking.
The chalet has a strictly no smoking policy.
A cot and high chair are provided.
Extra services include full provision of linen, and a personnalized meet and greet.
