4-room apartment - approximately 78m² - up to 8 beds Beautiful 4-room apartment, located on the 1st floor of a new residence in the heart of the city! With its approximately 78m², it accommodates up to 8 people and benefits from 2 terraces, one to the North-West, the other to the South-East. It consists of an entrance serving the shower room with WC, the bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms with double bed 140x200 with a TV in each, and the 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds or 4 single beds in 90x200 giving access to one of the balconies. The kitchen is functional and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, a bright living room with TV giving access to the south-west facing terrace . Private parking space + cellar available. Our friends the animals are not allowed The advantages of this apartment: Apartment very well equipped, bright, beautiful volume, benefiting from 2 terraces, 1 parking space as well as a cellar to store skis or bikes, and this, in the heart of town!
