Accommodation: This bright holiday apartment by the sea has been tastefully renovated for the season. It is located on the ground floor with direct access from the magnificent gardens of the Palme d'Azur residence. It includes a south-facing patio leading to its own small garden facing the swimming pool. There is a living room with two single benches (90 x 190) and optional 5th trundle bed (suitable for a child), a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, a shower room with separate WC and a bedroom with a double bed ( 140x190). Each room has an independent, silent, hot or cold air conditioning system.
The advantages of this vacation rental: The apartment is only two minutes walk from the beach. The sunny patio and the garden are ideal for a relaxing breakfast or lunch. The beautifully maintained residence has two swimming pools (subject to health developments related to the COVID-19 situation) with sun loungers; one calm and another with restaurant and slide. The apartment offers free wifi, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, hot or cold air conditioning in both bedrooms, a private parking space.

For those wishing to explore a little further, Saint Tropez and Monaco are only an hour away.
