300 meters from the Grande Plage and Beaumer Beach in Carnac, charming 4-room semi-detached house (approx. 70m²) for 6 people, with enclosed garden. Located in residence LE CLOS DE CHURCHILL (house 15):

- Open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (4-ring vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer) with central island, opening onto the south-facing terrace and extending into the enclosed private garden (garden furniture and barbecue)
- Dining area in the very bright veranda (table + chairs)
- Living room (non-functional fireplace insert, sofa, armchairs, TV)
- Shower room with walk-in shower

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160, duvet) & TV
