Beautiful new house, in a quiet area, close to shops on a large plot with swimming pool facing south and two courtyards. Very nice bright living room with American style kitchen, two bedrooms, a master bedroom with shower room and wc, a bathroom with shower, separate wc. The house offers a living room with open kitchen and living-dining room, three bedrooms, two of which have a 160x200 cm bed, and a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 high bed. The master bedroom has a bathroom with wc. A bathroom and a toilet are available for the other bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.

Outside, a pleasant landscaped courtyard invites you to share moments of conviviality around a meal or quietly installed in the deckchairs around the swimming pool. You can park your vehicles inside the property.
