On the road leading to the southern beaches, close to the centre of the resort, you will appreciate this large soundproofed wooden chalet, of about 120m², for a maximum of 6 people. A fully equipped kitchen, open to a bright and spacious living room which serves as a lounge/dining room, a large terrace on stilts equipped with garden furniture (west facing). The sleeping arrangements are divided between the three bedrooms, each with its own shower room. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140cm), a bathtub and a washbasin, the second with twin beds, a shower cubicle and a washbasin and the third with a double bed (160cm) and a shower cubicle. There is a fourth shower room with bath and separate toilet in the basement. The enclosed garden allows you to park 2 vehicles in the driveway. Reach the beach, shops, restaurants and activities at 800m or 900 m, the golf course at 3 km, the lake at 6km (REF 03134)
