Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), shower. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double sofabed and 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm), shower. Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed. Gas heating. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. View of Port Grimaud. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (2 cars) at 500 m.
