Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double sofabed and 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm), shower. Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed. Gas heating. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. View of Port Grimaud. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at 500 m. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Bed layout is flexible.
