The living room has an equipped kitchen area, it opens onto a balcony/terrace of 6m², facing the ocean, north-west facing, equipped with garden furniture. The sleeping area is divided between the small bedroom with a bunk beds (80cm) and a sofa bed on the living room. The recently renovated shower room includes a shower and a sink. Toilets are independent. You have a private car park. Join the beach, restaurants, glaciers, schools and activities at the foot of the building at 50m and 100m, golf at 2.5km, the lake at about 5km (Ref 01401)
