A main room with a beautiful view of the Arcachon basin with TV and 140 cm sofa bed - Fully equipped, refurbished US kitchen - Balcony with furniture of around 7 m², basin view.
Private outdoor parking space.
Ideal location: access to the beach from the residence (as well as pedestrian/cycle path) and shops 400 m away.
Linen not provided, pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.
