You'll be ideally located in the heart of the Les Orres 1800 shopping area in the "Les Colchiques" building of the Hauts de Préclaux residence, close to all the shops (restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ski rentals, etc.) and numerous activities.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with storage leading to the sleeping area, a living room with a fitted kitchen area and a lounge-dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom and a separate toilet.
As for sleeping arrangements, you will have at your disposal a double bed measuring 140 x 190 cm in the bedroom, two single beds measuring 80 x 190 cm in the sleeping area and a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
From the east-facing balcony, you will enjoy the sunshine of the Southern Alps while observing the splendid view of the slopes and the surrounding mountains.
For a "ski-in/ski-out" stay, put on your skis and access the slopes directly from the ski locker where you will have a private box to store your equipment.
